Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to purchasing the Heal With Love Programme operated by Madalaine Munro. By purchasing the programme, you agree to the following terms and that these prevail over any inconsistent terms or conditions contained, or referred to, elsewhere or as implied by law, trade custom, practice or course of dealing. The agreement between myself and you, the person or entity who has purchased the programme (“you”) and which is subject to these terms shall come into effect upon confirmation of your purchase and shall continue until terminated in accordance with these terms. You are engaging me as a sexologist to provide the services to you on these terms.

All payments are non-refundable. By agreeing to these terms, you understand that payments made are not refundable.  Services are considered rendered at the time of payment, as extensive planning, strategising, designing and setup has been delivered in advance that cannot be returned.

Upon the commencement of the programme, you will be given access to live calls with Madalaine Munro as well some guest speaker. You may also be given access to recordings of these calls.

The materials I deliver as part of the programme do not in any way constitute advice or recommendations. I provide training and guidance only. You recognize that we will always have your best interests at heart and that with hard work and an open mind you can make life-changing strides in your goals. However, as with anything in life, there are no guarantees.

This information and advice provided in the programme is provided for general information purposes only. By purchasing, you agree to take full responsibility for yourself and your health before, during and after completing the programme. By taking part you indemnify Madalaine Munro from all liability in relation to your participation.

You acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available through this programme are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorised by Madalaine Munro, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content.

As noted above, reproduction, copying, or redistribution for commercial purposes of any materials or design elements on this web site is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of Madalaine Munro. Further, you agree that, if you violate, or display any likelihood or violating, any of your agreements contained in this section, Madalaine Munro will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to access the programme. If you are not at least eighteen years old, you are not permitted to access or to purchase this product for any reason.

If you are provided a password to access the hosting website, then that password is for your personal use only, unless otherwise specified. You agree to be responsible for the security of your password.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of information, tools and resources as provided within the Heal With Love programme for personal viewing only. I grant to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable revocable licence to use all or any of the content or material used in the programme for the purposes for which the lessons were provided only.

We may terminate the contract immediately (without any liability to provide any refund to you) and revoke your access to the programme if we reasonably feel that you have violated any of the above terms or distributed the masterclass material in any way.

An important part of working with Madalaine Munro is the host’s role in finding challenges and encouraging the client to push themselves to make changes. If we do or say anything that upsets you please do let us know. We want to provide you with the support you need and believe that honesty and trust is critical for our relationship to grow. We want this to be an open and safe place for you to come with confidence.
